Dr. Renée Kamauf was appointed to the Board of Education in December 2022 to fill a vacancy created when Democrat Deb Polun officially resigned her seat to assume a position on the West Hartford Town Council.
Renée currently serves as the Deputy University Registrar at Yale University. She earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Emerson College.
Renée regularly presents at national conferences and has published scholarly articles pertaining to higher education. She is honored to serve the West Hartford community as a member of the Board of Education.
